New Delhi: Hinduja Team flagship organization Ashok Leyland on Monday documented a 90 percent decline in full sales at two,179 models for March 2020, as versus 21,535 models in the similar thirty day period past calendar year.
Profits for its medium and heavy business motor vehicles (M&HCV) dropped by 89 percent at one,831 models in March as versus sixteen,034 models in the calendar year-in the past period of time, the organization said in a filing to the BSE.
Mild business motor vehicles (LCV) sales also declined by 94 percent and stood at 348 models as versus 5,501 models in March past calendar year.
For the fiscal 2019-twenty, full sales had been at a hundred twenty five,253 models as versus 197,355 models offered in the prior calendar year, down 37 percent.
When the cumulative sales of M&HCV dropped by forty five percent seventy eight,607 models in FY’20, sales of LCV registered a decline of fourteen percent at forty six,646 models in the similar period of time.
