DETROIT — Simon Sproule, FCA’s world wide main communications officer, is leaving the firm.
Sproule, fifty one, told Automotive News his final day is Friday. He determined he wanted to do some thing various with his everyday living and pursue other passions. He began his stint on Feb. 3, but hadn’t moved to Michigan however. Sproule joined the firm from Aston Martin, where he was vice president and main advertising officer. He also held earlier roles at Tesla Inc., Nissan Motor Co. and Ford Motor Co.
He is the latest particular person to leave the FCA communications role right after a short stint. The earlier communications main, Niel Golightly, remaining the firm right after one year in December to sign up for troubled plane production big Boeing Co.
