The chip scarcity is continuing to consider its toll on the automotive industry, and the Ford Mustang Mach-E is the newest major-name example to be delayed.
According to an electronic mail from Ford posted on MachEForum.com, shoppers who put orders for or are expecting a Mach-E to be sent involving July 5 and Oct 1 should really hope their automobiles to be delayed. Ford is citing the “global semiconductor chip shortage” in the letter as the cause for why the automobiles are being delayed.
Ford is telling people that once it is ready to set up the demanded chips, it will update get holders with an electronic mail and new estimated week of shipping.
