Other high-profile automakers have already designed the move. These involve Aston Martin and, again in 2015, Ferrari went public. Recently, Herbert Diess, CEO of the Volkswagen Team, cited Tesla as an instance of a company benefitting from an upbeat sector.
“A Volkswagen IPO of its Porsche brand name would be a bold remedy to producing a lot-wanted shareholder value,” reported Intelligence analyst Michael Dean.
An evaluation of the Porsche brand name exhibits that it could have a value of all over a hundred and ten billion euros. That’s more than VW’s very own sector value of all over ninety billion euros – or $109 billion.
