The first batch of Essenza SCV12s has been delivered to customers, who paid around $3.5 million each. These customers will be treated to a unique racing program that started in June.
Lamborghini stated that the Essenza SCV12 wouldn’t go racing for a few years at the time of the first US deliveries, but we still hold out hope. In case you’re wondering why the car is still wearing camo – it’s not because the car is undergoing further development. Instead, this was the development camo from the original teasers, and this car is still owned by Lamborghini and used for demos etc.
As you can see in the video, it showcased its talents at a meeting of current owners, and we’re happy it did. It sounds glorious.
